Refundable:
Time Limit: Returns are only accepted within 10-12 business days
Defect/Damage: Returns are accepted only in case of any damage or defect in the product. The customer just needs to email us photos of the product to ensure the damage or defect in the product before processing it for return. We will refund the full amount in case of a defect/damage.
Sizing issue: In case of any sizing issue from the buyer side, a 30% payment will be deducted from your total paid amount. If we deliver the wrong size, we will refund you the full amount and the product will be returned.
Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition and similar packing.
Shipping: Customer will pay for shipping in case of return.
Non-Refundable:
Custom Product: In the case of any custom product, No returns are acceptable.
Customization could be of a size, color, logos, badges, etc. If there is any minor change by a customer from the original uploaded product, Returns will not be accepted.
Boots and Gloves:
As Boots and Gloves are small products, we do not accept any returns or refunds on them. If there is any damage or fault in the product, we will refund you 100% on Return.
Refunds:
Refunds will be made exactly in the same account used to make payment. (PayPal, Credit or Debit card)
Refund will be processed within 6-8 business days after receiving the returned product.
We are offering free shipping worldwide no doubt. Shipping charges that we pay for sending that product will be deducted from the total amount.
